About the Role
As aCommunity Services Support Worker, you'll provide in‐home and community‐based support that empowers people to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
Your day may include:
Personal care and daily living supportDomestic assistanceSocial support and community accessShopping and errandsBuilding meaningful connections with the people you support
Travel between participants' homes is required, and we aim to allocate participants within your preferred region wherever possible.
About You
You're someone who genuinely cares about people and believes in rights‐based, person‐led care.




You're adaptable, reliable and confident working with a variety of needs and situations.
You'll bring:
Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or DisabilityStrong time‐management and organisational skillsCurrent First Aid & CPRReliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insuranceWillingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide work rights evidence
