We currently have an amazing opportunity for passionate individuals looking to join the team at the Sydney Tower Eye as a Guest experience Host on a casual basis.About The RoleThe Sydney Tower Eye is on the hunt for a few select enthusiastic team members who are dedicated to the delivery of world class guest service.Your role will be focused on providing exemplary service by:Welcoming guests to the attraction and assisting with sales at the admissions entry pointSelling products at our gift shop and F&B; storePreparing coffee and teaIndependently running SKYWALK tours from Sydney's Ultimate ViewpointUsing a DSLR camera to take memorable photos of our guests on SKYWALKOperating Virtual Reality simulator experienceIndependently running engaging tours on our Observation DeckThe successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program and on-going mentoring to provide them with all the skills, information & resources they require to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Key Expectations IncludeGenuine guest interaction in all areas of the attraction, creating connections with people from all over the worldTo be adaptable and remain calm under pressureComfortable working at heightsTo work in all types of weatherTo work in all departments across the attractionTo have at least 3 days availability and be able to work as early as 9am and as late as 9:30pmTo clearly and effectively communicate and minimise all risk of misunderstandings where possibleAdhere to our core values through language, behaviour and actionsFollow all health, safety and security practicesTo be able to problem solve in various dynamic situationsAbout YouAt the Sydney Tower Eye, we believe that passion drives success, and our team is the heart of that passion.
