You'll coordinate and support research and evaluation activities that advance Kieser's evidence-based approach to strength training and rehabilitation, working alongside clinical, operational and academic partners to translate research into better client outcomes, functional capacity and quality of life.This isn't just a job,



it's a chance to play a role in empowering people to live life to the fullest.What You'll DoCoordinate the delivery of clinical research and evaluation projects across the Kieser network.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, documentation and reporting processes.Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, operational leaders and external partners.Coordinate participant recruitment, consent and retention activities.Prepare and coordinate ethics submissions and research governance documentation.Ensure research is conducted in line with ethical, privacy and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and undertake quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.Undertake analyses and prepare research outcome and evaluation reports for stakeholders.Contribute to scientific publications, conference presentations and grant applications.Support the translation of research findings into clinical practice and service improvement.What We're Looking ForIf you thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative, evidence-driven environment and are passionate about improving client outcomes through research, we want to hear from you.Must-havesValid working rights in Australia.Bachelor's degree with Honours (or equivalent postgraduate research training) in Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Health Sciences or a related discipline.At least 2+ years' experience coordinating clinical, rehabilitation or health services research projects.Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including study design,
