You will provide expert advice, education and support to multidisciplinary teams, while contributing to governance, service improvement and recovery-oriented care for consumers with complex mental health needs.Key AccountabilitiesCoordinate Mental Health Tribunal hearings across inpatient and community servicesEnsure compliance with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act **** and statutory deadlinesAct as the key liaison with the Mental Health TribunalSupport consumers, carers, families and nominated persons through complex hearingsProvide education to clinical teams and support governance, risk and service improvementPartner with senior clinical and operational leaders across Mental Health ServicesAbout YouYou are an experienced mental health clinician with strong knowledge of mental health legislation, governance and recovery-oriented practice.
You will have:Registration and qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Social Worker5+ years' experience in mental health assessment,
