At Project Station, we get to work with some of the most iconic brands in Australia — think Adidas, MECCA, Chanel, Samsung, Suntory and Burberry.
We're a collective of retail pop-up and set builders, shopfitters, carpenters, cabinet makers and installers, all under one roof in Brookvale with our own in-house manufacturing.We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to run delivery for one of our accounts — you'll be dedicated solely to retail activations, pop-ups and fitout projects, giving them a consistent point of contact who knows their business inside out.
You'll report directly to the Account Manager for the account, in a casual but qualified environment where the standard of work is high and so is the pace.The RoleYou own a project from handover through to completion — the link between the Account Manager who sold it, Production who builds it, and the client who's waiting for it.
You make sure nothing gets lost in translation and nothing falls through the cracks.Handover & communicationBe involved in handover meetings and get across the full brief and budget from day oneBe the communication link between Production and the Account Manager throughout the projectLoop into client emails and keep clients updated as the project progressesAttend production meetings and report back on progress, positives, issues or concernsBudget & procurementManage and align project budgets against the Account Manager's quoteSource materials and manage procurement,



maximising value within budgetPlanning & timelinesOwn the project timeline from start to finishCreate runsheets and schedules for site installations, and share them with the clientManage site folders (with the Account Coordinator) and keep all project information up to dateInternal coordinationLiaise daily with every team touching the project — Account Coordinator, Production, Design, Workshop, Paint and Print — to make sure everything's progressing in stepRun daily check-ins with each department, the Site Lead and the production teamKeep tasks in Monday.com followed up, managed and completedAttend site to make sure projects land on time and to the client's expectationsLiaise with the Account Coordinator on flights, accommodation, transport and other logistics for site workCheck labour hire hours against invoices with the Site ManagerAbout YouProven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in retail activations, pop-ups, shopfitting or a related build environmentExcellent written and verbal communication — you can talk budgets with a client and logistics with a workshop in the same dayComfortable being the go-between across multiple internal teams without losing track of the detailSharp attention to detail and follow-through — things don't fall through the cracks on your watchConfident managing budgets, timelines and site delivery at the same timePositive, proactive, and willing to put in the work to get an exceptional result for the client — while keeping a healthy work-life balanceIf you're nodding along, we'd love to hear from you.
