The Club welcomes tens of thousands of members and guests each week across food & beverage, gaming, events, and large‐scale venue operations.About the RoleBankstown Sports Club is seeking a high-energy and switched-onDuty Managerto join our leadership team in a large‐scale, high‐volume hospitality workplace.This is a hands‐on role where you will act as the on‐shift escalation point, overseeing the smooth operation of our venue during trade.
You will lead from the floor, manage risk, control venue flow, and support multiple departments including Food & Beverage, Gaming, Events, and Car Park operations.Reporting directly to the Senior Duty Managers, you will make real‐time operational decisions, lead large teams, and ensure service standards, safety, and compliance are met at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesOn‐shift escalation point for operational and customer issuesDay‐to‐day operational management of a large, multi‐outlet venueControl floor flow and staffing during peak tradeLead and coordinate multiple departments on shiftReallocate staff and resources to meet business demandsManage contractors, including cleaning servicesResolve difficult customer issues professionally and confidentlyEnsure compliance with RSA, RCG, WH&S;, and emergency proceduresLead teams through high‐volume and fast‐paced service periodsAbout YouTo succeed in this role,
