You'll connect care professionals with aged care services, respond to changing staffing needs and help ensure providers have access to a skilled and reliable workforce.What you'll be doingresponding to shift requests and managing on going rostersWorking closely with the Aged Care Manager to build positive relationships with clients and candidatesResponding to last-minute changes and finding practical solutionsProviding administrative supportWhat we're looking forWe are ideally seeking someone with experience in rostering, administration or customer service who is ready to take the next step in their career.




Knowledge of the aged care sector would be advantageous but is not essential.You'll be someone who:Enjoys speaking with people and building relationshipsIs organised and comfortable juggling competing prioritiesCommunicates confidently by phone and emailDemonstrates strong attention to detailRemains calm and adapts quickly to changeBrings a positive, proactive and solutions-focused approachSupportive team and hands-on trainingGain exposure to a diverse range of aged care providers and valuable insight into their day-to-day operationsVaried, entry-level opportunity with room to growMeaningful work in a growing and essential sectorConvenient Brisbane CBD location close to public transportIf you're looking for a fast-paced role with purpose, plenty of variety and a great team around you, we'd love to hear from you.
