Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, enhancing reporting capability and driving continuous improvement initiatives.This position will suit a hands-on and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is looking to contribute beyond traditional financial reporting responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting processesPrepare management reports, board reporting packs and financial analysisManage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning activitiesOversee treasury, banking and liquidity managementCoordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audit requirementsMaintain robust financial controls,
