$200,000 – $220,000 + SuperWe're working with a real estate investment platform looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join the team on a 12-month contract.Working across a portfolio of commercial assets, you'll take responsibility for asset performance and execution, with a focus on leasing, income growth, capex and value creation.Key areas of focus:Managing asset strategy, performance and day-to-day prioritiesDriving leasing activity, occupancy and tenant outcomesIdentifying and progressing capex, refurbishment and repositioning opportunitiesManaging budgets, forecasts, cash flows and asset-level performanceWorking closely with property managers, leasing agents and external advisersSupporting acquisition and disposal activity where requiredWe're looking for someone with solid commercial property asset management experience who can step in quickly, take ownership of the portfolio and drive key initiatives through to delivery.Experience within an institutional owner, investment manager, REIT or private property platform would be highly regarded.Sydney | 12-Month Contract | $200,000 – $220,000 + Super
