Work as part of an ambitious, smart and passionate team and belong to something meaningful as part of the Woolworths Group.What You'll DoAs Product Manager - Creative Management Platform, you will own the vision, strategy and delivery of the platform that carries a campaign from brief to live creative.
You will lead our Adobe Workfront integration, bringing briefing, production and approval into a single connected workflow.
You will automate creative activation so that approved assets reach our ad servers and in-store networks without manual handling.
And you will build templatised, AI-assisted creative generation,
giving our teams and clients on-brand variation at a volume that is simply not achievable today.This is a rare opportunity to build a creative supply chain from the ground up inside Australia's largest retailer, replacing spreadsheets and email with a connected platform, and putting generative capability into the hands of the people who create for millions of shoppers every week.Key Accountabilities Of The Role IncludeIntegration & Workflow: Implement the Adobe Workfront integration to connect campaign booking, briefing, production, and approvals, replacing manual spreadsheet and email-based creative delivery processes.Automation & AI: Automate creative activation from asset library to delivery, and introduce AI-assisted, templatised production to enable high-volume, on-brand variation with transparent quality guardrails.Collaboration: Enable external clients and agencies to securely brief, upload, and approve creative work directly within the platform, scoped specifically to their assigned projects.Strategy & Operations: Bridge creative operations with engineering by translating production realities into technical scopes, roadmaps, and backlogs while ensuring cross-functional alignment with finance and sales.Vendor Management: Manage Adobe and implementation partners to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and timelines, building a platform that can be operated and extended internallyWhat You'll BringProduct Management: Proven realm experience, with a solid track record of exposure to marketing technology, creative production, or workflow automation platforms.Creative Workflow Expertise: Deep understanding of briefing, production, and approval processes, ideally with a background in Retail Media Networks, advertising operations, or agency-side production.Integration
