You'll bring great energy to our bars, restaurants, conferences and events, serving everything from beers and wines to cocktails and spirits.
You'll be confident engaging with guests, working as part of a busy team and keeping service running smoothly.
With a variety of outlets, functions and events across the resort, this is a role where no two shifts are quite the same.What You'll Be DoingWelcome guests with a friendly and genuine approachTake orders and serve beverages efficiently and professionallyPrepare and serve a range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktailsProvide knowledgeable recommendations and create a outstanding guest experienceSupport bars and beverage service across conferences, weddings and special eventsKeep bar areas clean,



organised and well stockedAssist with stock control, preparation and general bar operationsFollow responsible service, food safety and workplace health and safety standardsWork closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless serviceQualificationsWe're looking for someone who brings:Minimum 1 year's cocktail and bartending experienceA genuine passion for great service and memorable guest experiencesStrong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktailsA friendly, confident and approachable personalityThe ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentA positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get involvedA valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
