This involves building and maintaining a strong and lasting relationship with our customers, fostering strong working partnership to enable repeat business.
Additionally, understanding customer requirements and converting opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a seamless experience.This permanent role offers outstanding career prospects with one of the largest specialist plant hire businesses in Australia.Key responsibilitiesManagement of Customer hire requests from quote to delivery to off hire.Address all customer queries in a timely and effective mannerLeverage existing customers relationships to identify areas of potential growth or opportunityReconcile Customer invoicingVisit Customers with Business Development Managers to build relationshipsWorking with Internal stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes for Select and our Customers.About you5 years experience preferred in a related role (e.g. plant hire, dispatch, commercial, construction, logistics, asset management)A good working knowledge of the construction and plant hire industriesExcellent alpha/numerical data entry skillsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
