The ECG Engineering team is primarily tertiary qualified Electrical Engineers, with HR supporting a white collar workforce and workload.

drawing on the expertise of senior ECG personnel who have worked together for 30 + years.About the roleWork directly with the Recruitment Manager and key personnel in recruitment related tasksAssist in the end-to end recruitment process including advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checkingEnsure recruitment database is accurate and up to dateAbout the candidateA confident, outgoing personality, and the ability to motivate and persuade by phone, face to face, and finally in written communicationStrong communication skills (oral and written) and the confidence to work with all business levels6 – 36 months' experience in a generalist Recruitment Administration / HR Advisor capacityIdeally experience within the mining / construction, resources sectorTertiary Qualifications in Marketing / Human Resources or a related field an advantage but not essentialAbility to remain positive and upbeat while working to deadlines and under pressureMicrosoft Office skills (Excel and Word) and ideally experience with HR information systems and toolsPositivity; work should be funInitiative, ownership, integrity and confidenceBenefits and perksWhy Join ECG Engineering?
