Manager / principal & Director for a globally leading consulting MNC who are launching a new AI & Data Analytics practice in Australia.Our client is a leading consultancy firm at the forefront of innovation, specializing in AI and Data Analytics solutions.
This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering transformative solutions to clients.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading engagements from inception to successful implementation.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and cultivate current business opportunities within the AI & Data Analytics space.Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.Actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients,



providing insights and recommendations on AI and Data Analytics strategies.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly.Technical Leadership:Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.Lead the development of innovative use cases and solutions to address client challenges.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the AI & Data Analytics industry.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams.
