Predominately a Forces Command training base supporting Defence Force School of Signals (tri-service technicians & operators, electronic warfare systems), Defence Force School of Music (tri-service musicians) and Army Education Centre.
The Army base services approximately **** Defence members and operates a 9 bed low dependency ward 24/7.
The health centre also provides primary medical, nursing, physiotherapy, dental and mental health services.




Standard operating hours are generally 07:*******:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).
This role is primarily Monday to Friday within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamWhat You'll DoDelivering safe and accurate dispensing services in line with clinical standardsManaging medication inventory and supporting efficient pharmacy operationsPromoting safe and effective use of medications for patients and cliniciansProviding technical advice and support to health practitionersEnsuring compliance with legislation, Defence policies, and quality standardsWhat You BringCurrent unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacistMinimum 2 years' post-internship experience in hospital, community, or defence pharmacyStrong understanding of medication safety, dispensing, and inventory managementCurrent CPR certification (HLTAID009)Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional standardsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare teamMembership of PSA or SHPA (desirable)Australian Citizenship to obtain required security clearanceWho We AreSerco supports governments by delivering essential services across defence, health, justice, maritime and community services.Through our partnership with Bupa, we provide integrated on-base healthcare to Australian Defence Force personnel across 45+ locations.
