A well-establishedAustralian stormwater and drainage solutions provideris seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Managerto support continued growth across Victoria.
This role suits someone with a solid background inplumbing, drainage or piping products, who understands the trade and distribution environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
The Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients acrossCivilplumbing, drainage and piping sectors
Identify and generatenew business opportunities, driving sales growth within your region
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, working closely with internal operations and project teams
Support clients with technical and product knowledge, leveraging priorreseller, trade or distribution experience




Represent the business professionally in the market and contribute to ongoing commercial strategy
About You
Background instormwater, plumbing, drainage or piping solutions
Experience in aBDM, sales or account management role
Proven ability to generate leads, win new business and grow accounts
Experience working withresellers or trade distribution networks ishighly regarded
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, commercially astute and comfortable working autonomously
