We're looking for an experiencedOperations Managerto lead our venue operations and support this exciting growth.
About the Role
A hands‐on leadership role overseeing multiple venues, drivingperformance, service standards, team development and operational excellence.
About You
Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Multi‐Site Manager or senior hospitality manager is essential.
You'll bring solid leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven experience managing teams and driving venue performance.
Franchise or multi‐site experience highly regarded.
