The Role
An exciting chance is available for an experienced Sous Chef to join this busy and established venue in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping lead the brigade through busy services while maintaining strong standards across food quality, consistency and presentation.
You will confidently step up in the Head Chef's absence, supporting kitchen operations, team training, stock control, preparation and service.




This role suits a hands-on Sous Chef who enjoys a fast-paced pub environment and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.
Skills & Attributes
Minimum 3 years' experience within a fast-paced pub, hotel or high-volume kitchen environment
Strong focus on food quality, consistency and presentation
Sound knowledge of modern cooking techniques and high-volume service
Proven ability to lead, train and motivate an established kitchen brigade
Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
