You'll be joining a well-established insurance broking business with a growing presence in Robina.
Working closely with an experienced broker and supportive team, you'll play an significant role in servicing a diverse portfolio of domestic and SME clients.
This is a collaborative, hands-on environment where you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical broking skills, build strong client relationships and learn from experienced insurance professionals.

Providing internal account management and broking supportManaging and servicing a portfolio of domestic and SME clientsAssisting with renewals, endorsements, quotations and policy administrationLiaising with clients, insurers and underwritersPreparing documentation and ensuring policies are accurately processedBuilding solid relationships with clients and supporting their insurance needsi>Assisting with the placement and negotiation of risksWorking closely with the broader team to deliver a high level of client serviceWhat do you need?
Previous experience as an Assistant Account Executive, Internal Account Executive, Broker Assistant or similarExperience within general insurance brokingUnderstanding of commercial insurance products and processesStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyA proactive, reliable and team-focused approachSomeone who enjoys working in an office environment and being part of a collaborative team
