Your Day Will InvolveSupporting residents in a variety of activities, both within the facility and out in the communityOrganising and participating in games, outings, and social events that bring joy and connectionBuilding meaningful relationships with residents while encouraging fun and engagementAt Victoria Park Home, we're more than colleagues, we're a close knit team.
We work together to manage busy schedules, share plenty of laughs, and create a positive atmosphere for both staff and residents.This is a part time position working Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm.Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToCarefully read & follow care plansAssist with personal care and meeting individual requirementsWork under the guidance of Shift Managers (Nursing & Facility)Building a strong relationship with residents and their familiesShow compassion & exercise patienceAbout YouYou enjoy interacting with elderly people with strong people skills, and take pride in your work.
