Fish N Flips Brisbane is seeking a Swim School Lead to combine teaching with leadership, guiding lesson quality, supporting teacher development, and overseeing the day-to-day experience of swimmers and families.
You will continue teaching while helping the team deliver safe, engaging and consistently excellent swimming lessons, taking responsibility and providing constructive feedback to improve outcomes.
