This is a Casual position, with most shifts falling on weekends.

Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learnedThe face of our brand, acting as our brand ambassadors you are provided with our beautiful products to wear while in the boutiqueMust be able to work weekends – these are our busiest boutique days, but we promise you on these days you will have the most fun!
Required Experience and Skills -Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer serviceProven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIsAbility to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted resultsExceptional presentation and communication skills,



both written and verbalThe ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journeyAble to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product rangeBe hard working with strong multi-tasking skillsHighest standard of attention to detailAble to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as neededIntermediate to advanced administration capability skills as following up with brides and data entry is key within this roleIntermediate IT experience using an iPad, MS Office & data entry eg.
