We are seeking a full-time Retail Manager for our busy Tobacco and Gift store located in KINGSCLIFF, NSW ****.
Key Details:• Position: Retail Manager• Employment: Full time• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per annum• Location: KINGSCLIFF, NSW ****.
Duties include:• Overseeing daily store operations• Managing staff and rosters• Stock control and supplier coordination• Ensuring high levels of customer service• Meeting sales and compliance standards
Requirements:• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field• At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role• Strong customer service and team leadership skills• Experience in tobacco or specialty retail preferred
