As the Babies Room Leader, you will take charge of planning and implementing engaging, nurturing, and child-led learning experiences that reflect the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality Standards.Working alongside a supportive team, you will create a safe, rewarding, and calm environment where children can thrive during their first years of learning and development.

You are passionate about advocating for children's voices and have a robust understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and how to bring these frameworks to life through your planning and practice.You will have:Experience leading, supporting, and mentoring educatorsStrong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality StandardsExperience creating engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiencesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA positive and collaborative approach to teamworkA genuine passion for supporting infants during their early yearsIdeally, you will have at least 2 years' experience working as a Room Leader within an early childhood setting.To be considered for this role, you must hold:Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum) or ACECQA-approved equivalentCurrent Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or VIT RegistrationCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationsStrong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, and National Quality StandardsCurrent Mandatory Reporting certificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTwo relevant Early Childhood referencesFull Australian working rights (Visa holders must have a minimum of 12 months remaining on their current visa)
