About the PositionAbout the Position: In this fulltime permanent role, based in Kingaroy, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Local Area Coordinators.
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will suit a community minded individual who also has passion for professional business acumen.
Your role will focus on building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure best people outcomes are achieved, while producing high quality deliverables with a core focus on positive team, and participant outcomes.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and commitment to the values and objectives of the NDISEnsuring high quality & consistent service to NDIS participantsAdhere to, and ensure compliance of relevant policy and procedures relating to the NDIS and APM businessTrack and deliver on set KPI's and business outcomesProvide ongoing professional guidance and mentoring to your teamWork directly with Participants of the NDIS, to support the achievement of their goals and to establish integrated community awarenessSupport and promote individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals of people with disabilitiesDemonstrate commitment to social justice principles and a 'fair go to all'QualificationsExtensive experience in a team leadership role in a complex and energetic work environmentProven ability to build and nurture strong relationships at a personal,
