You take pride in delivering engaging sessions, creating a positive workplace, and continuing to develop your own coaching skills.What you'll be doing:Delivering high-quality private, group, and pathway coaching programsCoaching players of all ages and skill levelsCreating engaging and positive learning environmentsSupporting player development and progressionBuilding strong relationships with players, parents, and the wider tennis communityAssisting with programs, competitions, events,



and holiday activitiesWorking collaboratively with the Voyager Tennis coaching teamWhat we're looking for:Club Professional (Level 2) Coach accreditationMinimum of 3 years' full-time coaching experience (38+ hours per week)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive, organised, and professional approachPassion for player development and delivering great coaching experiencesAbility to work independently while being part of a supportive coaching teamExperience delivering group programs or workshops is highly regardedYou will also need (or be willing to obtain):Working With Children CheckPolice CheckTennis Australia Coach MembershipFirst Aid CertificationLocation:Voyager Tennis operates across Australia.
