We are now seeking talented individuals to join our growing Hire Car team.The Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Consultant to join our growing Hire Car team.
You will be responsible for managing hire car bookings in line with insurance policy criteria.
Along with assisting clients with telephone inquiries, performing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service your primary objectives will be to:Provide exceptional customer service taking accountability, with a focus on first call resolution.Take inbound calls, make outbound calls,
