This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step into a greater leadership role, develop their management skills and build a long-term career within one of Melbourne's leading Toyota dealer groups.
The Opportunity
Working closely with our Recent and Used Vehicle Management teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, customer experience and team development.
You will be responsible for helping lead a high-performing sales team, maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring we consistently achieve and exceed our targets.
What we're looking for
Proven success in automotive sales with ademonstrated history of exceeding targets
Current experience as a Senior Sales Consultant, 2IC, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role
A genuine hunger towin and achieve results
Strong understanding of vehicle sales, finance, trade-ins and gross profit
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
Strong CRM, follow-up and pipeline management skills
Excellent customer experience focus
High energy, resilience and a positive attitude




A professional approach and strong work ethic
The ambition to progress into aSales Manager or senior leadership position
What you'll be doing
Supporting the Sales Managers in achieving and exceeding monthly targets
Leading by example and driving a high-performance sales culture
Coaching and developing sales consultants
Monitoring sales activity, conversion and follow-up
Maximising finance, warranty, accessories and other value-add opportunities
Supporting appraisal and trade-in processes
Managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional CX
Assisting with daily sales operations and performance management
Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and profitability
Helping create an environment where the teamwants to win
