Job Description
MUJI Retail (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Advisor for Victoria to support VIC stores with employee relations, recruitment, and performance processes.
You will advise on Fair Work Act and GRIA compliance, investigate issues, and promote wellbeing and development in a respectful, inclusive setting.
Onsite at multiple VIC stores four days a week with one work-from-home day.
The role requires a tertiary HR qualification and 2–4 years generalist HR/ER advisory
