We are seeking an experiencedSolution Architectto lead the modernisation of a complexIdentity and Access Management (IDAM)environment.
This is a strategic architecture role combiningIDAM expertise, solution design, technology transformation and stakeholder leadership.
You'll translate business, security and operational requirements into practical, scalable solutions while providing independent guidance to project teams, vendors and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead themodernisation of the IDAM environmentand define future-state architecture.
Gather and translatesecurity, operational, architectural and strategic requirementsinto practical solutions.
Provide architecture guidance to projects delivering improvements across identity and access management.
Design and improveIDAM processes, controls, architecture patterns and technology solutions.
Developsolution options and recommendations, assessing security, availability, complexity, supportability and cost.
Prepare5-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)estimates to support technology decisions.
DevelopSolution Architecture Definitions, including integration, infrastructure, networking, deployment, availability and disaster recovery considerations.
Provide strategic input intotarget states, technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Review vendor designs, technical specifications and tender responses against agreed architecture.
Prepare technical input, includingnon-functional requirements, for procurement activities.
Contribute toArchitecture Review Boardsubmissions, standards, patterns and architecture exceptions.
Provide independent technical oversight and guidance to vendors, service providers and operational teams.
About You




You'll be an experiencedSolution Architectwith strong expertise inIdentity and Access Management, capable of moving comfortably between strategic architecture and practical implementation.
You will bring:
Strong experience inSolution Architecture and IDAM.
Demonstrated experience designingidentity, authentication and access management solutions.
Robust understanding ofcloud and on-premises architecture.
Experience witharchitecture frameworks, standards, patterns and governance.
Strong systems integration and enterprise technology experience.
Experience developingsolution options, architecture documents, roadmaps and TCO estimates.
Strong understanding ofsecurity, availability, disaster recovery and non-functional requirements.
Experience reviewing vendor designs and providing technical direction.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to workautonomouslywhile collaborating with Enterprise Architects, technical teams and project stakeholders.
