Duties
Day to day management of Front Office team
Ability to lead an enthusiastic & diverse team
Focus on guest experience
Resolving guest issues that arise
Assist to lead, train, motivate and develop the team for success
Upholding Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible
Skills and experience
Previous Front Office experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisor role
Front Office experience in a Duty Manager or Supervisor role is bonus.




The ability to multitask and work under pressure
Be task and results orientated
A positive personality and sense of humour
Reliable and flexible
Be comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Choose from two rooms which feature natural light, dimmable LED lighting, high
ceilings and access to an outdoor terrace.
The total indoor event space is 160 square metres the outdoor terrace is 75 square
metres providing a combined indoor/outdoor floor space of 235 square metres .
The outdoor terrace area is ideal for breaks, an end of day social gathering or even a
BBQ.
Should your event consist of team building activities there is convenient access to the
Gym and Pool Area.
