You will lead a high-performing team to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency during the opening phase and beyond.
The role requires a proven track record as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef in fast-paced venues, with solid leadership, budget awareness and food safety knowledge.
Weekend availability is essential.
