About the role
Atrium Homes is seeking an experiencedSenior Draftspersonto join our growing team.
This is afull-time positionbased inArdross, Western Australia.
In Drafting you are primarily responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of drawings, with a solid understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, construction techniques and all statutory and compliance requirements.
As an integral part of the drafting team, you will be responsible for:
What we're looking for & Key Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years' experience in drafting for local WA builds, ideally within the Luxury builder market
Ability to produce working drawings using ArchiCAD 29
Processing of client pre-start changes and variations
Liaising with councils, colleagues and engineers as required
Have a high attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work in a team workplace
Have the ability to complete work within allocated timeframes
Experience in the WA Building Industry
Experience with Archicad 29 & 4D Library




Knowledge of R-Codes
Experience with double storey homes
Knowledge of local residential building methods
