Executive Manager, Financial Crime Domain (Perpetual KYC)
Drive meaningful change where it matters most
We are looking for an experienced Executive Manager, CrewLeadto lead Perpetual KYC, a critical Economic Crime capability focused on strengthening how the Bankunderstands,reviewsandmanages customer risk across the customer lifecycle.
The crewis responsible forshaping a future-state approach to customer risk management, moving beyond traditional periodic reviews towards more dynamic, customer-centredand risk-based KYC capability.
The work requires close integration across customer journeys, operations, technology, data, risk,frontlineprocessesandregulatory obligations.
This is a strategic and emerging capability.
The successful leader will help define the future direction rather than simply execute an established roadmap.
The role requires someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, align multiple stakeholder groups and sequence complex change while protectingcustomer,businessandregulatory commitments.
This is an opportunity to build new capability with a direct impact on customer trust, financial crime risk management,operationaleffectivenessandthe Bank's ability to meet evolving regulatory expectations.

As Executive Manager, Crew Lead, you will:
Own the end-to-end strategy,roadmap,performanceanddelivery outcomes for the Perpetual KYC crew.
Lead a multi-squad environment, aligning priorities, dependencies and outcomes across product, technology, data, risk,operations,deliveryandchange.
Shape the crew'spurpose,prioritiesandroadmap, ensuring alignment to Economic Crime strategy, enterprise priorities,regulatoryexpectationsandmeasurable value.
Translatestrategicobjectivesintoactionable quarterly plans, squad priorities,deliverymilestonesandperformance measures.
Partner closely with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads, Technology, Risk, Operations,Dataand business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment across delivery and run outcomes.
Drive aclear,prioritisedandoutcome-focused backlog that balances strategic transformation, operational resilience, regulatory delivery, riskreductionand customer impact.
Establish strong governance disciplines across planning, delivery, risk, issues, dependencies,decisions,controlsandexecutive reporting.
Use data,metricsand insightstomonitorperformance,identifyrisksand opportunities, andsupporttimelyexecutivedecision-making.
Manage cross-domain dependencies, competing priorities and delivery constraints, proactivelyresolvingblockersandguiding teams through ambiguity.
Build strong partnerships across Economic Crime, Technology, Risk, Data,Operationsand enterprise stakeholders to ensure delivery is integrated and sustainable.
Champion simplification, automation, resilience, modernproductpracticesandcontinuous improvement across the crew.
Build and lead a high-performing crew culture, with clear ownership, robust engagement,accountability,paceanda focus on safe delivery.

You are a senior leader who combines strategic thinking with practical execution.

We'reparticularly interested in:
Demonstrated experienceleading large-scale product, technology, operational or transformation teams in complex environments.
A track recorddelivering customer, regulatory, risk or business outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience leading across product, technology, data, risk,operations,deliveryandchange functions.
Strongcommercial,strategicandoperational judgement, with the ability to connect long-term vision to execution.
Strong understanding of risk management,governance,controlsanddelivery assurance in a regulated workplace.
Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, cross-domaindependenciesandcomplex trade-offs.
Experience applying agile, product-ledand customer-centric ways of working at scale.
A data-led approach toperformance,prioritisationanddecision-making.
A passion for developing people,buildingcapabilityandcreating high-performing teams.
Experience in banking, financial services, risk, compliance, financial crime, customer lifecycle management, KYC,operationsor customer transformation would beadvantageous.
What success looks like
You will build a clear understanding of the crew's purpose, strategic outcomes, delivery commitments, technology landscape, risk profile,operationaldependenciesandstakeholder expectations.
You willestablishan integrated view of priorities, performance, delivery,riskand dependencies, supported by clear governance and sequencing across squads and stakeholders.
Over time, success will be reflected in improved KYC capability, sustainable execution, effective risk management, stronger crew performance, and delivery of customer, regulatory and business value.
