An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedBuilding Managerto join a premium residential property in Brisbane's Inner City.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations acrossa premium residential developerworking as part of an established property services team and reporting to the Property Services Manager.
The Role
Manage day-to-day operations across two premium residential buildings
Oversee building services
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractors and building works
Manage resident and owner enquiries professionally
Conduct regular building inspections
Maintain high presentation and service standards
Assist with compliance, safety and operational requirements
Work closely with the Property Services Manager and wider team
Gallagher access control/security experience is highly regarded




About You
We're looking for an experiencedBuilding Manager, Facilities Manager or Property professionalwith strong experience across building operations, maintenance and contractor management.
Experience within premium residential buildings will be highly regarded, along with knowledge of Gallagher systems.

Monday–Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays for a half day
