Job Description
West Moreton Health in Queensland seeks a dedicated mental health qualified to support planning and provision of services for people with severe mental health and complex care needs, with a focus on crisis response and recovery.
You will engage with communities, build multi-agency partnerships, and navigate current national and state service delivery trends to improve outcomes for people at risk of falling through gaps in care.
We are leaders in mental health service delivery, specialising in working with adults and young people, and in early childhood intervention.
