Job Description
CSR is seeking a vibrant Customer Service Officer to join the Schofields Selection Centre and Customer Services Team.
The role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and you will be the welcoming face, handling inquiries, orders, and showroom support.
You will respond to phone and email enquiries, assist customers in person, process orders in SAP, manage appointments, and build solid customer relationships while developing product knowledge.
