Job Description
Greystar Australia seeks a Site-based Facilities Manager for the A'Beckett Street PBSA site in Melbourne.
The role is 30% hands-on maintenance and 70% strategic budgeting, CapEx planning, subcontractor management, compliance, and leading your own team.
You will own safety culture, preventive maintenance, and on-call responses, shaping processes from day one.
A background in facilities or maintenance leadership is essential.
