About the Role
As SeniorProject Officer,you'llmanagecomplexprojectsandprograms of workthat support strategic and operational outcomes across the organisation.
You'lllead key funding administration processes, including governance support,briefingmaterials,correspondenceandrequests for information, ensuring activities are deliveredin accordance withagency requirements andtimeframes.
Youwill providespecialistfunding,governanceandadvisory servicestosupport evidence-based decision makingand effective program administration.
Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, youwillmonitorrisks,issuesandbenefits, coordinate competing priorities, and contribute to robust governance and reporting processes.
The role also plays a key partindrivingcontinuousimprovement,identifyingopportunitiestostrengthensystems,frameworksandprocesses, including the administration of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) ****.
About You
Youhavedemonstratedexperienceproviding specialist funding,governanceoradvisoryservices within a complex policy,fundingor program delivery environment.
You are comfortable preparing high-qualitybriefings,correspondenceandgovernance materials, and have a robust focus on continuous improvement,



stakeholder engagement and delivering practical outcomes.
You are passionate about improving systems, processes, and governance frameworks.

Essential Requirements
Tertiaryqualificationand/or relevant knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of funding administrationpolicies,processesandframeworks is highly desirable.
