Job Description
Park Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our cleaning operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and storage of equipment, under the guidance of the Manager.
The role does not involve food preparation, though occasional collaboration with chefs on plate-up may occur.
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
