Job Description
KX Pilates Ascot Vale is seeking a hands-on Studio Lead to oversee daily operations, own performance metrics, and deliver an exceptional client experience in Melbourne.
You will roster and coach trainers, teach a regular class schedule, manage employee records, convert enquiries to trials and memberships, and build the local brand through partnerships and events while maintaining KPI-driven growth.
This is a real autonomy leadership role with scope to influence culture and service quality.
