Mid Murray Council is seeking an experienced and highly motivatedExecutive Assistant Infrastructure & Field Services.
About the role
Reporting to the Director Infrastructure & Field Services, the Executive Assistant's key focus areas are to:
Provide executive and administrative support to the Director and Supervisors.
Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, agendas, minutes and project documentation.
Respond to enquiries, customer requests and complaints, including drafting responses and follow-up actions.
Support the effective delivery of Infrastructure & Field Services operations.
