Business Readiness Lead – Modern ERP

We are seeking aBusiness Readiness Leadto support the implementation of a modern ERP environment within a large and complex organisation.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection ofbusiness transformation, process optimisation, change, training and operational readiness, helping teams transition to new and improved ways of working.
About the Role
As the Business Readiness Lead, you will take a hands-on role in preparing the business for a modern ERP implementation.
You will work closely with operational teams, subject matter experts, project teams and key stakeholders to ensure new processes are practical, well understood and successfully adopted.
You will be responsible for reviewing and improving existing processes, developing clear documentation and supporting employees through the transition to new systems and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead thereview, redesign and standardisation of business processesto support ERP implementation and operational improvement.
Developprocess maps, procedures, work instructions and user guidesthat translate complex processes into practical, easy-to-follow ways of working.
Drivebusiness readiness, change adoption and stakeholder engagementacross operational teams.
Design and delivertraining, knowledge transfer and capability upliftactivities to build workforce confidence and competence.




Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
Supportprocess modelling and documentation, using BPMN 2.0 and tools such as SAP Signavio or equivalent.
Contribute toasset management, master data governance and information managementimprovements.
Support testing, business validation, implementation and transition activities.
Establish sustainableprocess governance, ownership and continuous improvement practices.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, operational outcomes and benefits realisation.
About You
We are looking for someone who can combinestrong business process capability with excellent stakeholder and change management skills.
You will ideally bring:
Proven experience deliveringERP, digital transformation or business improvement initiativeswithin complex operational environments.
Strong experience inbusiness process analysis, redesign and optimisation.
Practical experience withBPMN 2.0and process modelling tools such asSAP Signavio or equivalent.
Experience developingSOPs, process documentation, work instructions, technical guidance and user materials.
Strong understanding ofbusiness readiness, change management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience designing and deliveringtraining and workforce capability uplift.




Exposure toasset management, maintenance, engineering, operations or related environments.
Understanding ofasset lifecycle management and ISO ***** principleswill be highly regarded.
Experience supportingmaster data governance, data quality or information managementinitiatives.
Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
The ability to translate complex business and system requirements intosimple, practical and sustainable ways of working.
