Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen on a casual basis.
You will assist with prep and presentation across all sections and work with the team to deliver high-quality dishes for guests.
The role offers flexible shifts including breakfast and dinner, with part-time hours around 20 hours per week.
Successful candidates will have a Certificate III in Cookery and a solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety, with opportunities for growth
