About the role:
This is more than a traditional Executive Assistant role.
You'll be the key coordinator behind a busy Directorate, managing executive workflow, complex schedules, high-level correspondence and sensitive stakeholder matters that help shape our growing community.

What you'll be doing:
Managing the Director's diary, correspondence and executive priorities
Preparing reports, briefings and high-quality executive documentation
Coordinating Elected Member enquiries and stakeholder communications
Supporting Directorate meetings, action tracking and key projects
Monitoring budgets, invoices and administrative processes
Building strong relationships across the organisation while driving continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously
Pre-employment requirements:
Current C-Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance
Right to work in Australia
