Automotive Service Advisor / Administration Assistant – Full Time
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team within a busy automotive workshop environment.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the mechanical/automotive industry who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and supporting workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Parts sales
Answering and managing phone enquiries
Delivering high-quality customer service
Booking customers and coordinating job schedules
Organising and allocating jobs for workshop mechanics
Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations
Preparing quotes for customers
Entering and processing supplier and customer invoices
Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house and office area
About You:
Genuine interest in and commitment to the automotive/mechanical industry




Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Confident computer and general technology skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
