Rydges Melbourne, part of EVT Limited, is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, delivering consistently high-quality dishes across our restaurant, bar and events.
We offer casual and full-time CDP roles.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years CDP experience in hospitality, experience across pans, grill and larder, and a hands-on, non-hierarchical approach with strong attention to detail and teamwork.
