Job Description
Hilton in Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Hotels team.
You will assist in food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.
The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel or high-standard restaurant, knowledge of Western, French, or Asian cuisine, and a strong focus on teamwork and hygiene in a quick-paced kitchen.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 / year + superannuation.
