Job Description
ConnectGV is expanding its In-Home Disability Support team in Shepparton, offering casual opportunities to provide one-on-one support in participants' homes.
You will assist with daily living, personal care, meals, light chores, and community participation while building meaningful relationships.
Applicants should have experience in disability support or related fields and hold or be willing to obtain Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
A reliable vehicle may be required.
