CoverTel in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to bridge high-end test gear and field operations.
You will lead hands-on demonstrations and train utility teams to operate our equipment, ensuring reliable performance across Australian sites.
You will author MOPs, SOWs, and test guides, coordinate with manufacturers on RMAs, and manage calibration schedules.
This role partners with Sales on technical proposals and oversees IT and staging setups.
